Day Four started with a walk to see the Changing of the Horse Guard.
We had a timed entry to the Churchill War Rooms, with a great museum about Churchill and rooms showing how he and his team worked underground during WWII.

We headed over via the Tube to Covent Garden.
What a vibrant and exciting place! Live music, unique finds and plenty of food.
We made a stop at King's Cross to see if we could get a trip to Hogwarts. No such luck, but fun to see the station.
We made it up to Camden Market too. A big day of markets! A hectic, active place for sure, and good for a few souvenirs.

Day Five was our excursion day -- an organized tour to Stonehenge and Bath!
We were blown away! A beautiful day to learn about stones moved hundreds of miles 5000 years ago -- before the invention of the wheel! A lot of mysteries remain, but it was incredible to see this incredible place with our own eyes and up close.

After a great morning at Stonehenge, our delightful tour took us via bus to Bath.
An amazingly maintained Georgian city.

We then had some time to wander the charming streets of Bath.

After making it back to London, we enjoyed a nice Italian meal.
Day 6 was our last full day. Amy, Oliver and Gloria wanted to have a relaxed lazy morning by sleeping in. Luke opted to join me in some high paced exploring in my desire to not let a minute be left unfilled.
We first paid a reprise visit to St. Paul's to make a quick stop at the Katten London office which is located just nearby.
Luke had the idea that we catch a train to Greenwich. Why not!

We really were early risers. We arrived by 10 am at opening of the Royal Observatory.
...where the Prime Meridian was set! Here Luke is right on the line!
The museum had a lot of great observatory antiques and tools, plus a history of means of measuring time. A real treat.
Meanwhile, these three started to get moving. The chose a delightful morning with breakfast and relaxation at St. James Park.
On our way to join them, Luke and I took a double decker bus to the Imperial War Museum for a quick stop.
We reunited for a fancy lunch with amazing food and good laughter.
We booked a time to tour Westminster Abbey. It was replete to the max with history and amazing beauty.

We continued with exploring more of London.

We found more yummy food for a pre-theater dinner.

For our last night, Luke had the idea to see a show in London. Amy took on the challenge and found last minute tickets for amazing seats to see LES MISERABLE on LONDON'S WEST END! What?!?!
We were blown away by the amazing show. An unbelievable way to end our incredible time in beautiful Londoin.
The boys figured out a route that took us to our VRBO via double decker bus. Very fun.
Our great week had to come to an end.
