We feel so lucky to have been able to celebrate Gloria's First Communion in early August. It had originally been scheduled for May, but of course was delayed. After a lot of careful preparation and planning, our Church allowed the sacrament to move forward, and it was so special for all of us to be able to celebrate this along with Gloria.
Gloria and Amy had a lot of fun picking out all the elements to the special outfit for Gloria's special day.
Volunteers from the church sewed these special masks for all the young children.
Gloria could not have been more ready.
Luke, Gloria and Oliver.
Only immediately family could was allowed to attend in person, but Joe and Deb drove in for the day to celebrate with us back at our house.
Aunt Bea sent this wonderful doll to Gloria for her special day. Thanks, Aunt Bea!

What a special day!
