Time for fresh haircuts at garage barber shop! Great work, Amy!
Looking sharp, Oliver!
Nice style, Luke!
We have had a lot -- a LOT -- of show this winter. But we've embraced it fully. Our three at a local sledding hill.
Gloria enjoying snow in the backyard.
Oliver and Luke at work at an epic tunnel system.
Yea for the start of hybrid school! Gloria started back at full mornings back at school in February.
We received some *AMAZING* new books from Aunt Mary.
Thanks, Aunt Mary!
We had our own fun Super Bowl Party at home with pizza and fried foods. Oliver chose to cheer for the (winning) Tampa Bay Buccaneers and dressed in style.
Gloria gathered fans from far and wide to cheer on the Buccaneers.
I received some great birthday treats from far and near. Thanks, Do and the Crew for the yummy coffee and other surprises!
What is this?! My favorite popcorn balls! Thank you, Aunt Bea!!! Gloria's favorite too!
Mom and Dad sent a lot of fun surprises too. Thank you! Turning 43 is fun!
Amy also received special stash of her favorite peanut brittle from Roop and Janie. Treats for everyone!
President's Day Weekend was a Four Day weekend for the kids from school, so we decided to make it a fun weekend for all. We rented a VRBO in Galena Territories and did a ton of fun outdoor activities. First, though, we enjoyed the indoor pool at the facility, which was a fun treat on a balmy day.

There was a fun ice skating area -- great for Gloria to test out her new skates.
Some great sledding in this area.

Birthday and Valentine's Day Cupcakes!
We had this fun bumper pool table in our basement -- super fun!
We were not scared away by the frigid subzero temps -- we embraced the cold and had a blast. Here, we rented snow shoes and enjoyed a great walk on the golf course.

Such beautiful views! It was cold but the sun made everything so pretty.

We loved the sledding hill too -- super slippery and fast.
Oliver crushing it at Jenga.
Some more birthday fun. Gloria.

A big featured event for our fun weekend was skiing at Chestnut Mountain -- first time for the kids. We started with helpful lessons.

We spent a little time on the bunny hill but these three really got the hang of things quickly so we headed over the Rookie Ridge which was a more challenging but a huge hit for us.

Gloria and Chad.
Amy and Oliver, skiing all stars.

Let's go again!
Gloria, Luke and Chad.
After a great weekend, we started our drive home. On the way, we stopped off for a quick visit to Blair Farms where Uncle Marc gave the kids rides on his new snowmobile. Super fun!
We headed home and got back just in time for the biggest blizzard of the year. We are nearly out of room in our backyard for anywhere to even throw the snow!
Gloria in a snow canyon.
A view from our front porch. So much snow!
Back to school for our scholars. Here is one of Gloria's favorite spots to zoom school -- our third floor play area where she has made a tent for herself.

Out of order, but one last photo from our fun weekend away -- winter is fun!
