We've been enjoying being able to get out and about a bit more in recent months. The weather has been great and we've been able to make more excursions into the City.

After the art museum we were able walk around a little of Millennium Park...
... and enjoy a picnic there too!
Joe and Deb joined us for a nice Mother's Day.
We enjoyed a little croquet in the backyard.
We also went for a nice walk in Oak Park to Austin Gardens.

We went for a great hike at Waterfall Glen out in the southwest suburbs.
We made another fun excursion into this City -- this time to do an architectural boat tour.

A great day to see some amazing buildings!
Afterwards we enjoyed a great meal at a Chinese restaurant with friends of ours from Oak Park.
We've been able to enjoy our backyard with the great weather. We set up lights and made it a fun place to be. It has been fun being able to invite friends and neighbors over for drinks and to chat after all this time.
A fun happy hour with some great friends.
We went back to the City again! This time to see Lincoln Park Zoo.
